1. Cavity,core and screw neck of steel adpot imported S136 in Sweden , and be heating treatment of hardness up to HRC48-50 .

All moulds base do heat treatment of heardness up to HRC 30-35.

2. Advanced mould design technology:

    Each caviy self-locks independently and using high precision JAPAN CNC SYSTEM.

    To ensure low decent ration & precision of the product.

    Each mould spare part be inserted with durable parts , which are interchangeable.

    In order to improve and achieve high production efficiendy , we always desigh the best   cooling system and can match a cooling machine for each mould.

3. Advanced & accurated valve hot runner & tempretature controller , ensure reliablility of production and high transparendy & brightness of product.

4.Mould sliding use copper , bottle be achieved FOOD SECURITY standard, and mould life guarantee more than 3 million shots.

Our Service:

l          We deliver the mould quotation to the customer upon receipt of your samples, drawing & requirements.

l          After the approval on quotation and mould form, HX MOULD will work on 3D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.

l          After the approval on 3D, HX MOULD will work on the detailed 2D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.

l          After the approval on mould drawing, the Production Dept. begins the tooling, following and updating the “tooling and processing schedule” weekly.

l          We send to the customer weekly “the photographic report” on the mould progress.

l          Mould testing: We will inform you the date, then will send the sample’s inspection report & injection parameters with the sample to you.

l          We deliver the mould to the customer together with mould assemble once get your instruction & confirmation for shipment.
